Site Manager

Antofagasta

Italian multinational engineering company, a pioneer in automation, electrical, and industrial solutions, seeks a highly motivated Site Manager.

Responsabilities:
  • Coordinate and oversee all on-site activities for assigned projects, ensuring timely and successful completion within budget and scope.
  • Manage and direct the execution of electrical work on-site, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control.
  • Responsible for planning and supervising all site activities. 
  • Coordination of people and business processes required to deliver the project on time according to the defined milestones.
  • Ensuring quality in the implementation of the project and that the project is within the allocated budget, aligned with the established objectives, in order to guarantee the expected result.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field (e.g., Construction Management). with experience in project management (desirable certified). 
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction site management, preferably in the electrical or industrial sector. Knowledge of medium and low voltage electrical installations.
  • Advanced level of English.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Basic knowledge of interpretation of mechanical, electrical, electronic, process and instrumentation drawings. 
  • Knowledge of project management software (Office, Project, Autocad, BIM). PMC Project Management Certification. 

Working Conditions
  • The project will be carried out in Antofagasta 
  • Work site at 3000 meters above sea level. Must have the Availability to reside on site, in camp, until the contractual delivery of the plant
  • 14X14 shift; 10-12 hours per day.
