Italian multinational engineering company, a pioneer in automation, electrical, and industrial solutions, seeks a highly motivated Site Manager.
Responsabilities:
- Coordinate and oversee all on-site activities for assigned projects, ensuring timely and successful completion within budget and scope.
- Manage and direct the execution of electrical work on-site, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control.
- Responsible for planning and supervising all site activities.
- Coordination of people and business processes required to deliver the project on time according to the defined milestones.
- Ensuring quality in the implementation of the project and that the project is within the allocated budget, aligned with the established objectives, in order to guarantee the expected result.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field (e.g., Construction Management). with experience in project management (desirable certified).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction site management, preferably in the electrical or industrial sector. Knowledge of medium and low voltage electrical installations.
- Advanced level of English.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Basic knowledge of interpretation of mechanical, electrical, electronic, process and instrumentation drawings.
- Knowledge of project management software (Office, Project, Autocad, BIM). PMC Project Management Certification.
Working Conditions
- The project will be carried out in Antofagasta
- Work site at 3000 meters above sea level. Must have the Availability to reside on site, in camp, until the contractual delivery of the plant
- 14X14 shift; 10-12 hours per day.
