Digital Media Specialist

Importante organización multinacional busca a su próximo Digital Media Specialist para su Dirección de Comunicaciones. Es un cargo full remoto y es requisito excluyente inglés fluido, tanto oral como escrito.

Principales Funciones:
- Visual Storytelling: Develop graphics and produce and edit high-quality video/audio content for creative campaigns, events, social media channels, thought leadership, and internal communications using standard editing software and tools. Create and design innovative assets for a variety of audiences that enforce our strategic messaging, reflect our global and diverse audiences, and simplify technical ideas. 
- Brand Building: Play a central role in expanding, unifying, and maintaining a strong brand identity and visual language around the globe. Ensure visual brand consistency and alignment with strategic communications goals across various platforms, including websites, social media channels, newsletters, executive presentations, etc.
- Digital Media Management: Assist in managing and optimizing digital media content across various channels, including social media platforms, websites, and email campaigns. Implement digital asset management processes for the team and organization. Help us set apart in the industry by leveraging performance insights to further optimize our creative output and growth. 
- Creative Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to brainstorm, ideate and execute creative concepts on time, ensuring alignment with overall communication strategies and team goals.
- Keep Us Cutting Edge: Keep up to date with industry trends, design tools, and best practices in graphic design, video production, and digital marketing to keep our communications style modern and compelling to growing audiences.

Requisitos:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- A strong command of design principles and experience crafting results-oriented designs and visual branding. Examples / portfolio of graphic design and video projects.
- Passion and understanding of current and emerging design trends and visual culture.
- Expertise with relevant design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, In-Design, After E\ects, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Canva, etc.) and Microsoft Suite (especially Power Point).
- Ability to create for a variety of audiences and platforms to create channel-specific content; Strong understanding of social media and digital marketing strategies .
- A proactive team player, adept at problem-solving and time management; Ability to work independently within a fast-paced environment, adapt to change, and handle multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Spanish a plus.
- PR experience, or familiarity with political communications, regulatory affairs, public affairs a plus. Experience developing assets on technical topics or for global settings a plus. Experience with web design (WordPress) and/or animation a plus.
